"Sir? Can you hear me?" Only now does Yuji notice how those thin, neat eyebrows have drawn together, and the serious gaze of the beautiful barista is directed right at Itadori. "Sir?"
"Itadori Yuji," he blurts out his own name in one breath, suddenly straightening his back and shifting his gaze to the pastry display case.
"Right, of course," The barista—Fushiguro Megumi, as the nametag on his chest reads—nods slowly, skeptically, narrowing his eyes. "So, a latte with double syrup?"
"Oh, yes, that's right."
