Seungmin misses those days.
He misses the way Minho would plant a kiss on his cheek before she forced herself to mingle with the wealthy crowd. He misses how she would order drinks for both herself and Seungmin because she’d always know exactly what he was in the mood for. He misses the scathing glare that she would shoot at every man and woman who so much as glanced in Seungmin’s direction.
He misses her smile, her laugh, her lips, her touch.

“Not as sharp as I thought they’d be,” he muses.
Seungmin ignores how the entire length of his body tenses, managing to recover just enough to swat his hand away. “They are when I want them to be.”
“When you pierce into helpless rabbits?”
“Only ones as big as you.”
Minho has the decency to look a little taken back.

“You have cat hair on your sweater. And it’s getting all over the table.”
Minho looks at his sleeves resting on the surface, eyebrows creasing as he scoffs, “So?” He's acting like Seungmin's said the most offensive thing in the world.

Summary
For a while, they say nothing. Seungmin can’t pinpoint what he's feeling. He looks over at Minho at some point, and he isn't looking back, so Seungmin takes a moment to study him.
Somehow, he's still the same. His eyes still have that feline look to them, the slope of his nose is still sharp and defined, his hair is still a rich dark brown that frames his face in soft waves.
He's different though, too.
His baby fat is fully gone. He looks more toned, carrying a more mature presence; like a real, experienced adult. That's what he is—an adult. Twenty-nine.
(or; Even after ten years apart, Seungmin can't help but find himself inexplicably drawn to Lee Minho.)

“Nope, you’re staying home today. You are not fine.”
“Honestly, I can-” Minho raised his eyebrow with his hands on his hips, daring Seungmin to challenge him. “Okay, yeah, I’m sick.”

“Minnie? What’s going on?” Minho mumbles, sleep evident in all aspects of his voice from his gravelly tone to his hushed words coming through the speaker.
Seungmin tries to tell Minho, he tries to tell him that he hurts, that his stomach is being put through a life sized shredder and that he doesn’t think he’s going to make it through the night. He’s sure Minho would make fun of him if he decided to say just that.
Regardless of his efforts, all that came out of his mouth was a small, choked sob that said more words than he ever could’ve put together.- Language:

Summary
Seungmin whoops loudly, genuinely excited for the concert to begin, but a small part of him takes pride in the way the stranger in front of him jumps a little when Seungmin cheers basically right into his ear. He's almost moral enough to feel bad for what he’s about to do, but he’s definitely not too moral to do it.
The first song plays, and Seungmin sings every word.

or, seungmin thinks it’s kind of rude a stranger pushed his way into a spot in the crowd right in front of him, until he realizes the stranger is a full head shorter than him and doesn’t block his view. meanwhile, minho spends the whole concert entranced by the angelic singing voice of the tall stranger standing behind him.

"No!" Minho struggles, claws out, slashing and tearing at the hero. "No hero ever captured me!"
He yowls when his hair is pulled even harsher, making his neck arch and baring his throat. A hand wraps tightly around his neck, an imitation of what he's done to Seungmin earlier. Escape!, his jaguar hisses frantically.
Kim Seungmin leans in, that uninterested look still on his face. His breath fans out warm on the skin of Minho's throat when he says," Well, I'm not a hero yet, and there's two of me."
