He steps onto the stage ready to fight and to live, but after seeing the life that could've been, he's not sure he even wants to step foot outside the arena after he goes in.
Andrew Minyard, self appointed protector of his family, would never hesitate to step in and help Aaron or Nicky. That's why, when Aaron's name is called, Andrew doesn't stop to think about his whole life turning upside down. No, he only raises his hands to tell everyone it would not be his brother going into that arena, but him. Only Andrew didn't really think about what he might be signing up for.
