At the age of 23, Alex is the youngest ever Chief Wizard of the Upper City. One day, the Explorers brought back a survivor from the Lower cities, a Potentia with untrained magical power. Alex finds out this Lower citizen seems to know more about their mysterious enemy than any of the Wizards in the Upper City.Series
