Summary
Atsushi has always believed there is something noble about being gentle.
Gentle things don't hurt people. Gentle things don't get abandoned. Gentle things make themselves useful, make themselves small, and know better than to bite the hand reaching toward them.
Akutagawa has never had the luxury of believing any of that.
When Atsushi finds him half-dead and feverish in an abandoned building, helping him should be simple. Bandages. Medicine. Food left within reach. Nothing more.
Instead, Akutagawa keeps coming back.
And Atsushi keeps opening the door.
Somewhere between learning how to touch without hurting and how to stay without being asked, they create something neither of them knows how to name.
Something soft.
Something hungry.
Something that, if held too tightly, might turn around and bite.

Summary
Akutagawa comes to Yokohama looking for a change of scenery. He doesn't expect to find it in a flower shop.

It starts with rain.
Then flowers.
Quiet conversations, shared wounds, and eventually a home neither of them thought they would have.
Sometimes, you don't find home.
Sometimes, you grow it together.

Summary
He was sure Akutagawa was dead. So, needless to say, everything that went down at the airport was quite a shock to the poor boy. He didn’t even have time to process Akutagawa’s momentary stint in vampirism, because they were soon fighting against another powerful enemy, just the two of them, once again. It had now been a week since everything had finally ended, since the Decay of Angels was finally defeated, and Atsushi hadn’t seen or heard from Akutagawa once. That is, until Atsushi saw him casually walking down the street, as if nothing had happened. So, yeah. Atsushi was more than a little pissed off. He wasn’t entirely sure what he was mad about, specifically, but there was no mistaking the burning sensation he felt in his chest the moment he locked eyes with the man who had literally died for him.
