It was silent between the group for a good moment before Jeongin could see Chan’s face morph into something akin to a grateful worshiper.
“Ha, maybe I don’t need to strap myself onto the roof! Jeongin, play So Good!”
Jeongin can only blink, trying to process his place in the seating arrangement, “What the hell is So-”
And that’s how they ended up in the car on this random road trip; Jisung driving, Seungmin passenger, Hyunjin right, Chan left, and…
Jeongin middle.The man must’ve complained about forty times, all with the same degree of pettiness, just in slightly different words and tones. That was, until Jisung seemingly had enough and started blasting his music even louder.
“Yah! Hyung, you know hearing loss is a thing, right?!”
(Or, Jisung, Seungmin, Hyunjin, Jeongin and Chan go on a short road trip.)

Summary
The clink of glass filled the stale, still air. Jeongin shifted on his feet. His sleepiness slowly waned, fading into the background as he realized Chan was being serious.
“Can’t you just do it tomorrow?”
“No, it’s alright. You can go on back to sleep, Innie-yah. Hyung will go to sleep after he’s done.”
Jeongin narrowed his eyes. He saw the tremble of his arms. He saw the way Chan’s body seemed to sag and beg for its owner to lay down. He saw the things Chan was trying to cover up, whilst failing poorly, and Jeongin didn’t like it one bit.
“Hyung,” he tried again, softer, “I think maybe—”
“No, Jeongin. I’m fine.”

Summary
“In Hyunjin’s world, where people act accordingly and know how to recycle as God intended, he coughs and coughs until his heart falls out of his mouth. He holds it in the palms of his hands, stares at it not with the horror of someone who just lost a vital organ— rather, the relief of a child who almost choked on a piece of bread and is coming to the realization that not even air, against all odds, is free of cost. He gives it to Jeongin, who doesn’t care about the blood. About the blood ruining his car. About asking why the blood is there in the first place. Hyunjin doesn’t have to beg for him to accept it.
In this world he bites his tongue instead— hard enough to see black, as a punishment for all the times he dared to call himself an honest person. He is nothing but a liar.”
(Or: Bang Chan invites his friends at his parents’ house for Christmas Holidays, and everything seems to be going fine. That is, until Jeongin gets striked by an absolutely-not-needed fever. Thankfully Hyunjin is there to save him. Oh, and they are in love.)
