this goes HARD. imagine that temporal shenanigans reflect both backwards and forwards since time got broken. and the echoes of the actions of a single timelooper have been in the house for forever. and said ghost, which mirabelle befriended, looks a lot like the new party member but like much more haggard. and mirabelle kind of just has to be ??? because she straight up doesnt know siffrin is timelooping. you know?

and so, the lonely dimension keeper doesn’t notice the smallest of rifts forming in that long, long moment, and the story begins.(or; ex is alone, and then he isn't. ex is isolated, and then he isn't. his family can't visit him, and then they can. it's a lot to get adjusted to. it's the best thing that's happened to him in years.)
