Granted, it was his own dang fault, he should have worn a mask when he had gone to visit his cousin who was on the tail end of a cold, and besides, you were supposed to not be contagious at that stage! That’s what all the internet forums had said anyway, but surprise, they were wrong.
OR
Taehyung falls sick but his members still have to work and is left to fend for himself. Spoiler alert, it doesn't work out in his favor.
