“Don’t you remember what I said on the boat?” Childe asked a bit too sweetly. “I said you hid a lot from me, and if I can find out just a little bit more about who the hell you are, then so be it. How about it, Zhongli? Why don’t we traverse these ruins and you can tell me all about it, just like old times? It’ll give me something fun to think about when I head back to Schnezaya.”
“You’re… going back soon… aren't you?” He sounded pensive, hesitant to speak the words out loud as if doing so would ring them true.
“Well… it’s not like I can stay here forever, you know.” As much as I want to; as much as I did want to. He was so steadfast to let his annoyance show, but those few meek words mumbled out just loud enough for him to hear made that fire lose oxygen.

Madara finally admits to himself that he might have a tiny, insignificant, definitely fleeting (if months-long already) crush on Tobirama.
Tobirama’s genius brain apparently lacks the capacity to realize his own very obvious crush on Madara until Izuna graciously points it out.
They both need a miracle to stop seeing their mutual shows of affection as patronizing and actually realize that their feelings aren’t as unrequited as they think.

Alfred grit his teeth, shut his eyes and balled his fists. "He saved me from you. Of course I care for him," Alfred bit out. What he said could have been met with a harsh response, but Ivan seemed more amused than anything else, judging by the sound of his laughter.
