Wonwoo takes a second to collect his words, then he asks, “Isn’t this what friends do?” which makes Mingyu question if Wonwoo is toying with him or if he's this naive. “They.. sleep in beds together, staring at each other, for no particular reason. You know. Friends.”
He saw Wonwoo smirk upon his silent response, making Mingyu believe the heartache was painfully visible on his face, “You know I’m kidding, right?”
Mingyu feels the air leaving his chest, “Oh.”
Mingyu not-so-accidentally falls asleep with Wonwoo after tucking him into bed, which makes them not-so-accidentally reveal their feelings the morning after.

Wonwoo smiles bitterly at the thought. Though he understands the situation, sometimes it’s hard to sleep alone at night when all he’s thinking about is wanting to be in Mingyu’s arms, snuggling into his broad chest, and breathing in his scent, and run fingers running through his hair.
