There’s no menace in Welt’s tone, but he’s strict enough that maybe this is what Void needed. The Archives pulls away from the other’s personal space and heads to the door, looking back at Welt once before he disappears to truly let the Herrscher work in peace. “You don’t have to worry, I don’t. I will let you be.”
Or: without their intention, but it starts badly, only to have it even worse, until they both break... Until, eventually, AI and Old Man realise their own feelings. Void takes care of this stupidly selfless altruistic idiot—and Welt returns the favour

Aventurine learns about a comic series called Fluffy Across the Blue and he becomes enamored of a certain bird character...
But now he's invested so whenever a new chapter comes out, he makes time to give it a read while dropping hints to Pearl that she should put him in touch with whoever Blurry_QR_Colt is so he can talk to them about a few creative ideas he has for them to include some form of compensation for the Fluffy's original inspiration.
Pearl ignores his hints but keeps sending the comics.
When a little bird named Sundove suddenly appears and joins the crew, Aventurine almost drops the book in his surprise.
"Did they really have to make him that cute??"

Aventurine is not kind. He senses a soft spot in a cold, thick exterior and presses at it for all it's worth. Even if it means warping the spot until it eventually cracks and falls to pieces.
Sunday is full of poorly-hidden weak spots that he loves to press.
