Summary
The stars never started going out, the universe was never at the mercy of the Daleks, and the Doctor and Rose didn't meet again on a deserted street under the admiring eye of Donna Noble. Instead, the Doctor went on with life as normal, sneaking back to see their pink and yellow human whenever they could, slowly using up all the viable time they had with her.
And Rose? Rose moved on, did the Doctor proud, and had a life he always wanted her to have. Or, she did for a while. Then a whole new reason for the dimension cannon came up, and the importance of getting Rose back to her proper universe became a matter of life or death.

It seemed like a great idea until Sam discovered something: Steve hasn't told them he was bi, let alone that he'd been in a relationship with Sam for a year.
As Sam starts to see that the Steve he loves might not be the real Steve at all, he finds himself serendipitously running into the same guy around New York over and over again. Which might have been something to laugh off if it wasn't Steve's ex, Bucky.A Happiest Season flavored holiday fic.

Summary
In the two years since Steve had come out of the ice, he's fought against two alien invasions and knew a bigger, more sinister one could come at any time. He's seen SHIELD turn to Project Insight in an ill-guided attempt to stave off the inevitable, and he's beginning to understand that the Avengers are not the close-knit unit he had hoped they would be after the battle of New York.
The last thing he ever expected was Bucky Barnes to be alive and trying to kill him on a bridge in Washington.
Bucky is slowly recovering from his time with HYDRA, gaining back bits and pieces of himself. It's easier when Steve's not around, though, which leads him to leaving the tower with a new friend as she sets out to learn more about herself.
It'll all lead to a happily ever after, though, because even if Bucky doesn't remember much he does remember vowing to stay with Steve until the end of the line. Even if the end of the line might come at the hands of a robot bent on destroying humanity.

Jane's survival of the Aether begins to pose questions, and the mystery of her birth father begins to be something she would like solved. Not only to get answers as to who she is but to better understand just how long she will be able to be with Loki. If there really is a future for him with her.
After the fall of SHIELD, the Avengers must try and find where HYDRA stashed Loki's scepter, containing an infinity stone that they know Thanos will eventually come for. The problem here lies in the various veins of mistrust - and not just with the God of Mischief. But SHIELD's supposed disbandment also leaves a gaping hole in the protection of Earth in regards to outside forces such as that ever-looming mad titan. Summary
The Battle of New York didn't just leave Jane Foster with the realization that Thor wasn't coming back for her, it also threw a rather large wrench in her career leaving her drifting without direction. At least until the God of Mischief, gifted with a little something Frigga smuggled into his cell, begins to visit her.
Loki is bored, which is the only reason he goes to Midgard at all, even if he can't physically do anything while he's there. And if he becomes fond of a pair of mortals, so what? It will keep the madness at bay, and at least someone might see him for who he really is.
It's not a terrible arrangement for anyone involved until it is. When bonds get a bit too strong and reality becomes too bittersweet.
