He had practiced this a thousand times in his head but still, it all ended up fumbled and messy. He took another breath. “I… Well, I have something for you,” he finished, looking back at Sokka, who was now frowning at him.

    “Are you okay?” he asked and Zuko couldn’t help the nervous laugh that escaped him.

    “Yeah, I’m fine, just…” he drifted off and bit his lip. Took another deep breath and then, “Here,” he said, holding out the small black box for Sokka to take.]

    The war is over. They won. Now all that's left to do is clear out the council and erase 100 years of propaganda and fear. Not a big deal. That's doable. However their are a few conversations that need to be had. And telling someone you love them is somehow more terrifying than fighting your own father, again.

    Basically Sokka and Zuko finally get together, not knowing that the others had been watching them fall in love the entire time.
