“So you saw it,” Jaemin said, his tone light, almost conversational, like they were discussing the weather, not the fact that Mark had just discovered this about him.
“Saw what?” His voice came out weak, uneven. He cleared his throat and forced a casual shrug, pretending like his heart wasn't threatening to break through his ribs. “I was just checking out the balcony view.”
Jaemin hummed, stepping forward, deliberate and slow. He walked past Mark, setting the tray down on his desk with a soft click before turning to face him completely. “You saw my come all over your poster over there.”
Or; Mark found out that Jaemin knew who he was when he's not attending college and got to know Jaemin's true nature, too.

Jaemin frowns, rolling his eyes. “Lame.”
Donghyuck smacks his shoulder.
“Fine! I know,” Jaemin smirks. “Do you want to kiss me?”
Instantly, the room falls silent. Jisung, who woke up from the previous shouting, looks over in horror. Renjun drops his phone mid scroll. Mark looks like he’s seconds from going out to the balcony and jumping off of it.
Donghyuck raises a single, questioning eyebrow, and retorts, “You wish.”

Summary
Donghyuck sees it too clearly—Jaemin is sporting the same gaze he had used back when he and Donghyuck had first started flirting with each other, when he still forgot Jaemin’s name every time but looked for his eyes in every hallway and every class. And Jaemin’s mouth twists the way it does, to this day, whenever he wants to get something from Donghyuck.
It always works on him. Donghyuck wishes Mark to be just as helpless.
“We’re just here because we wanted to adopt a dog.”
