Summary
“Ghost?”
“Soap.” Ghost’s voice was a low buzz, gravelly with static. In the absolute silence of the snow-covered forest, it sounded both deafeningly loud and intimately quiet.
“What’s your favourite season?” Soap asked.

Summary
Soap has found everything he ever wanted within Task Force 141. People he could trust, a second family, and even somebody he could love (even if just one-sidedly). He was prepared to share his biggest secret with all of them, he trusted them not to judge him. However, before he could summon the courage to do so a mission goes horribly wrong and Task Force 141 has to deal with the fact that they possibly lost Soap forever.
Two years after the tragic mission the Task Force saves a dog-wolf hybrid during a raid on accident. Said canine gets attached to them instantly, especially to Ghost, who never recovered from the loss. The wolfdog goes back with them to base and while his behavior is strange at times, he may be the best thing that happened to the team in a long time.
And they have no idea how true that really is.
WolfShifter!Soap-AU with lots of angst, emotion and a happy ending, just how I like it.

Summary
“Sergeant,” Price says, voice dropping to a low, worryingly melancholic gravel. “I think… I think we’ve finally come to the end of this partnership.”
Kyle looks up with a startled blink from his tablet, hastily shoving the pen into the side and stowing it into his vest while his stomach threatens to roll over. The only thing that stands out from the op is some trouble with his gas mask and Price needing to help him out while he coughed his lungs out, but it hadn't compromised the mission any… He had thought. Had it been a last straw?
Price exhales a deep sigh, shoulders curving forward. “We’ve served well together, that’s for sure.”
Kyle wets his lips, jogging a bit to cut Price off on the road. “Boss, come on now, out of the blue with no bloody warning –” His protests die, as he catches sight of a few threadbare scraps of rough fabric and thread clutched in Price’s hands. “Oh. That is… there might’ve been some warning.”

Summary
“You know, sir, if you mix them, you can get an extra side fit in.”
It takes a beat for Ghost to realize this comment was meant for him, and he glances over his shoulder, finding the taskforce sergeant standing at his table. He feels his hand go tight on his spoon, as the sergeant then sits, breaking a number of expectations by settling in at Ghost’s elbow with his breakfast.
“See, I managed to get double eggs, putting together rashers and the pancakes.”
Ghost rolls his lips, looking down at the tray, where the sergeant has put together a kind of Frankenstein-esque breakfast sandwich. It doesn’t do well to explain why the fuck he’s sitting down at Ghost’s table, as the only other occupant and directly next to him out of seven empty options.
