Summary
Jason's crawling through his window from the fire escape when he feels a presence in the apartment. It's a temporary squat, but he's decked it out with a few tricks regardless. He realizes too late that the alarms have been expertly disabled. He's damn lucky that this mysterious figure standing somewhere between his kitchen and his living room hasn't immediately pounced at him, taking advantage of his awkward positioning.
When he straightens, going on the defensive, the air is quiet.
The man doesn't move, so Jason observes. He is tall, taller than him, dressed in a high-quality green and black dress with flecks of red. He has a very distinctive and familiar sword. Jason would bet that it has the al Ghul markings on them. Then the man finally moves forward, closer to him, and the light coming from the weak streetlight gives him enough vision to see his intruder.
Breathing out a beat, Jason relaxes marginally when he recognizes Damian’s face.
