Summary
There is a tradition each leaf-bare for clan kits. Rushing to the elders' den to hear their tales of a mysterious, magical clan that lives in territory blanketed year-long in snow - tales of travels to the clans, of gifts, and of joy. While most lose their belief in the legendary clan in their apprenticeships, the kits have strong faith. They want to visit this clan, and so kits of all four clans decide to journey North to find them, accompanied by two apprentices who would rather die than let kits travel alone in unfamiliar territory.
