Summary
"'Thank you for your consideration, and your kindness,' the somewhat sentimental Morax whispered to his treasured companion, one that even he had yet to accept any notion of feelings towards. 'I vow to conduct myself with greater caution, as long as you promise to be here to provide your aid should things take an unfortunate turn.'"

Summary
Nova Astrafel is an average young woman with average aspirations...at least on the surface. A Hydro Vision user with a passion for healing and sharing her stories with the world...but where does the inspiration for these stories come from, and why can’t she seem to shake the horrendous nightmares and vague memories that have plagued her for as long as she can remember?
After planning a trip with her lifelong friend, Mona Megistus, to visit the neighboring land of Liyue for the first time, Nova assumes she can put those worries to rest for a while; at least long enough to enjoy the journey. Little does she know, their seemingly innocuous trip may in fact hold the key to the answers she’s been seeking all along.
Only time will tell if she will ever succeed in tearing down the walls that obstinately bar her from the truth.

Summary
“The half-elf took a deep breath, paused again; the silence stretched on between them. Fingers flexing against the sheets, his eyes narrowed as he steeled himself to take the plunge. Unfortunately for Nova, she didn’t have the warning or forethought to brace herself. They were twisting in the wind together, and it took every last drop of composure and self-restraint to prevent her from launching into a knee jerk reaction as he uttered his next words.”

Summary
“If she happened to run into him again this evening, she wouldn’t let him get away until she’d sufficiently conveyed her thanks. If he truly was gone from her life for good, only time was sure to tell. But the unrelenting memory of the unmistakable strand she’d perceived in his presence lingered in her mind, filling her with trepidation and a bittersweet sense of longing that she desperately hoped would fade with time.
What wishful thinking that was.”

“There was so much they could say, so much they could do, so much to think about in a moment like this, in a place like this. But at the time, Nova could only really think of one thing to say.”
