His love for Lance is profound, yet he must accept that someone else has taken his place. He’ll try to keep a straight face, support Lance, and let him have the happiness he deserves. But…
As it turns out after a few painfully long months and some time spent with Keith, Lance himself might have second thoughts.

The name settled into Lance’s mind, and it felt oddly natural, like something familiar he’d known all along.
‘And yours?’
Lance stopped mid-step, his hand brushing the frame of the hallway entrance as he glanced back over his shoulder. Keith was still watching him, his gaze steady now, expectant but not demanding.
‘Lance,’ He replied simply, the name falling from his lips like an offering.
