Summary
In Dori City, Gon and Killua train and prepare and wait for the East Gorteau invasion. One gray afternoon, somebody falls from the high Gothic tower in the city square. These two things don’t seem connected—at first.
Gon is without his Nen for 30 days, but he insists on investigating the death—it might have something to do with the Ants, right Killua? Killua agrees, because ever since the other team members brought Kite back out of NGL, it seems like the only thing that will put some life back in Gon’s eyes.
But every day, a growing dread is creeping over him, a sinking feeling he can’t shake: something is going wrong. The looming invasion, the death, the way Gon has been acting lately…it feels like they’re all circling around and around something terrible at the center that Killua can’t put a name to.
Or maybe he just doesn’t want to.

Izzy glares at them. “He’s always been ‘like this,’” he spits. “You wouldn’t know, you never saw him before.”
Jim shakes their head. “You woke something up,” they say. “In him.” They look him up and down pointedly. The bandages on his foot, his shoulder, his side; the red mark around his neck. “And now it’s going to kill you.”
Izzy gets what he wanted. And then, he gets a whole lot more.

Summary

Summary
There are more than a few problems that come with cramming what's left of a people on a single spaceship and sailing off to an uncertain welcome on Midgard. Aside from the expected lack of provisions and soul-crushing boredom to go along with the fear, Valkyrie's not sure about being a Valkyrie again, Bruce and the Hulk are still locked in a struggle for their shared body, and Thor can't shake the feeling that there's something worse coming.
Loki might know something about that. Loki might know far too much.
