not all great stories need to be filled with extreme angst and character death and this fic is one of those. it's just so wholesome, a real feel good fic. i love the characterisation of tae and kook in this, it's impossible not to fall in love with these adorable beans.

that's it, it's final, AlainaMill is one of my favorite authors.
taekook as volatile, troubled teens who meet in juvie gets an A+++ concept wise and holy heck does this fic pull it off. as usual the way this author writes taekook is just *chef's kiss* and there's lots of angst but i wouldn't have it any other way. i can't wait to see where this fic goes.

Taehyung’s pride was weak these days, and it’s probably why he pressed his nose against the plexiglas of the rink, blowing hot air on it and telling himself he wouldn't be able to look Jimin in the eyes ever again if Jimin caught him making fog hearts with little Y's in them (which he really wanted to do if he's honest). So he peeled his eyes off Yoongi for a moment (he's not sure why) and caught Jungkook staring at him, head tilted like a confused mutt.
Taehyung drew a dick on the glass instead, and then winced at Jungkook as he held his thumb and forefinger a centimeter from each other.
Jungkook aimed a slapshot at Taehyung's face.

this was last updated in 2017 but my love for this fic still hasn't died. even if this never updates again i encourage everyone to READ THIS. it's just such an enjoyable read, and the way it's laid out adds some more brilliance to an already amazing fic.

this is insanely good.
i was slightly hesitant to go into this because of the tags but im so glad i went through with it. im usually not one for gore but this was written so, so well - the scene where tae sees the swan room for the first time is just wow, i had literal goosebumps all over my body, it was terrifying but so damn good. also the characters AHH! i LOVE how the author has written all of the members, they're all so intriguing - no one is completely good or bad and what's right and wrong becomes very ambiguous in this story.
this is the kind of story that lingers in your mind days after you've read it so, if you're willing to brave the tags, prepare for the cliff-drop that this fic is. be warned, this is NOT a light fic, but it's absolutely worth spending all your mental energy on.

taekook as enemies to lovers is a tale as old as time but one that will never get old. this was such an enjoyable read, though ngl I initially came for the smut but was surprised by the goddamn AMAZING writing. this fic is just so so good and juicy - a REALLY solid read.
note to self: need to check out this authors other works, if they're all this good then it looks like they'll soon become one of my fav authors.
