“There are all sorts of ships in the sea, bro. You just gotta roll with it. There are even people who ship you and me!” At this last statement, Hizashi laughed nervously.
There are even people who ship you and me. That was…a piece of information Shouta was going to have to think about later. Right now, Hizashi looked uncomfortable at even the idea of being romantically linked to him. Shouta tried not to let it hurt him.
He didn't succeed.

Summary
Yamada Hizashi never became a Pro Hero. His Quirk was too dangerous; his childhood too unstable. To be honest, he probably wouldn't have been good enough, anyway.
But he was grateful that he made it to where he was today. He taught at the School for Special Quirks, where every day he got to help kids with challenging Quirks, giving them the guidance and support that he never had. He even had a little family—him and his son, Hitoshi. The boy meant the world to him.
It was a good life. Hizashi knew he really couldn't ask for more.
Or so he thought, until the day he met Aizawa Eri and her father.

“That was awesome!” Hizashi yelled in English into his best friend’s ear.
“Ow,” Shouta said, holding his ears and suppressing a smile. “My ears are already ringing. Please don’t deafen me further.”
The two boys were leaving the concert venue, walking in the dense herd of patrons headed to the exit. Hizashi was still riding high from the show – the music, the lights, the showmanship – it was all so amazing. But it was nothing compared to how the boy next to him made him feel.

"Are you sure you want me as a plus one?" Shouta asks his reflection as he fumbles with the cuffs of his shirt.
"Absolutely!" Hizashi calls from their bedroom.
He and Hizashi have spent the last hour back at the apartment they share despite spending most of their time at UA nowadays. Hizashi's been invited to a sort of… fashion thing. Something to do with a magazine and a charity event Shouta hadn't paid too much attention to as he drove them to their previous home to look for the 'perfect fit.'
And Shouta is now staring at himself in the mirror, unable to tear his gaze away from the hideous shirt Hizashi's lent him to wear.

“What do you need?” Shouta asks and immediately feels a little ridiculous for it, because what is he supposed to offer? A drink? A hand?
“What do I need to get off?” Hizashi asks with a choked laugh.
This is good, though, an opportunity to treat this with a modicum of professionalism – it’s just a quirk; they’ve helped each other through varying degrees of effects over the years. This doesn’t have to be any different. They’ll just do what needs to be done to get through it.
It’s just a quirk. They’re pros. It doesn’t have to be awkward.

The U.A. teacher Aizawa Shouta fell in love at first sight with the beautiful barista, Yamada Hizashi. Hizashi however, sees him as a perpetually tired friend who is quiet and always looks stressed, but can be adorable at times.
The club DJ Present Mic is absolutely head over heels for the newbie dance competitor, Eraserhead. Eraserhead however, only fake-flirts and teases the weird cockatoo-like man because he likes making him get flustered.
Watch as these two chase the wrong people who were the right people all along.
