Todd groaned, “So? Good for him.”
“So Drake is just loafing about in Grayson's apartment alone?”
“Not OUR brother's house, stone brains, Tim's brother. Billy.”
Or: Damian knows that Timothy Drake is a weak, spineless cur that needs to be removed from the family. He also knows father doesn't condone outright fratricide. What better way to get rid of the pest then by exploiting his freshly dug up weakness? Now, just where was this secret brother?

Summary
It took a few calming breaths to settle the bubbling fury begging for release in his throat.
“You think that's why I'm upset.”
He had never been so angry in all his life.
Or: Tim went on a year long trip around the world looking for his dead/time displaced father figure. Alone. Without any form of contact.
Billy is understandably at his limit when he's finally able to locate and bring Tim back home. Especially when he realizes who made Tim think he shouldn't bother asking for help.

Harry had simply meant to withdraw a coin or two for postage.
“Do we have a deal, Mister Potter?”, the small creature asked, voice lilting from his usual monotone to an uncharacteristic touch of amusement and- and something else unsettling.
“And this will… I can live with someone else?”, Harry asked, his hands clasped behind him hesitantly edging forward.
“With my help, yes indeed. For the right price of course.”, It's beady black eyes sparkled.
‘No more living with the Dursleys.’, a voice in his mind harrumphed.
Right.
Right!
“It's a deal then.”, the boy nodded, his earlier nervousness washing away with a determined fire in his chest as he reached forward.
“Splendid. Welcome to Gringotts Attorney Wing Mister Potter.”
Or: After his first year at Hogwarts, Harry wants to exchange Wizarding money to muggle currency to write his new friends letters. A few misunderstandings with some of Gringotts Goblins lands him a lawyer instead.

A twisted smile was pulling at Jason's lips as the birdie spat at him, “I don't need Batman.”

Like that explained how Tim left him tongue tied mere minutes ago.
Like that wasn't the most idiotic sentence to leave his mouth while decked out in his Dark Knight regalia.
Dick looked like Alfred had told him cereal was a totally acceptable breakfast food and that he'd stock the kitchen up with the most sugary kinds. Awed and disbelieving.
“A… magic baby.”
Or:
After realizing Tim, his new Robin, is the same kid that jumped off a building and poofed into thin air (escaping from THE Batman), Bruce is determined to prove the child has magic. There was no other explanation for that night otherwise.Tim and Billy have some thoughts on that.
