Summary
The protagonist, Ana, is a gifted young man who tragically lost his parents at an early age. Due to his extraordinary intelligence, he was coerced into training at a secret facility, where he was forced to master interrogation techniques and various scientific disciplines with applications in warfare, particularly psychiatry, surgery, and toxicology. However, the relentless trauma he endured gradually stripped away much of his humanity, leaving him with a desperate need for comfort and understanding. In this story, set in a post-apocalyptic world ravaged by a zombie outbreak, everything changes once Ana is expelled from the facility and confined to a psychiatric ward. Ghost, a distant "mentor," whose interrogations were recorded for Ana to study, becomes an obsession. Ana believes that Ghost is the only person on earth capable of truly understanding his disturbed thoughts and traumatic experiences, intensifying his isolation and emotional turmoil as the undead world closes in around him and searches for Ghost.
