Summary
Diane Grace was, for lack of a better description, average. She was not particularly interesting in her appearance, had no truly notable personality quirk besides general introversion, and never really experienced anything of particular uniqueness. She was somewhat a loner and preferred to stick to the outskirts with minimal attention.
Not to say that she was outright completely devoid of human interactions, she did stay friendly towards those around her, but she was just okay with being unnoticed. She never had a great desire to stand out and be seen by the masses, and was fine being along the sidelines.
She was ultimately, average. Sure, she had real problems and experiences, but nothing that really put her above anyone else.
That all changed, of course, when she started having strange dreams, was chased by a large, and rather violent, dog, and received a strange notification on her phone.

Summary
Vlad Masters was not a kind friend. After an unfortunate… Accident during his college days resulting in his following hospitalization and long recovery, he ended up resenting those he believed were at fault.
But after having a bit of a life changing moment with a time ghost/god that made Vlad realize that it had been just a terrible accident, and Jack had only ever loved him as a brother and best friend, and being faced with all the horrible things Vlad had done to their family, he was wrecked.
So, he began to try and mend his relationship with the Fentons, and become the good friend that he was once. And it was working! After several visits where he simply enjoyed their company. And when they rehashed their old dnd game, he felt like he was finally starting to let go of the past.
Or, at least he thought he was.
"Jack, you almost KILLED me!" Vlad Lamented.
"Relax, V-man It turned out fine! It was just an accident." Jack assured.
But Vlad froze, as unpleasant memories of the last time it was an accident began to fill his head and remind him that he may have more work before he is actually over what happened.
