Summary
After the incident with Rapunzel, the universe still doesn't want to let the pair rest. There's a huge meeting of kings from all over the kingdom and a mysterious threat looming in the distance, and Merlin can't help but think: isn't he falling short of this supposed great destiny?
The usual comedy of daily life in Camelot takes a bittersweet turn for the worst when Lancelot is kidnapped.

Summary
The king was being an annoying arse, as per usual. Merlin had pulled a prank on said prat, which was more usual than either Gaius or Arthur would've liked. He escaped to the castle's library, hiding away until a cursed fairytale fell on his head, which was not so usual.
Oh, and Lancelot might have been raised by fairies.
