Summary
(INDEFINITE HIATUS.)
Monday and Friday.
Those were the nights set upon in their agreement. Those were the nights discussed with Jean to allow Kaeya to be free from his assignments. Those were the nights the Winery staff was to steer clear of the second floor.
For one year, neither of them had missed a single Monday or Friday.
As the first Friday Kaeya would ever miss came and went, Diluc had a stunning understanding of how utterly lonely he could be.

Summary
His plan for the evening had been to come home, have dinner with Kaveh and relax on the lounge with the book he’d been leaving for this very night.
He had not been planning to come home and see Tighnari peaking his head out of the kitchen with a gentle wave, insisting dinner would be done soon.
He had not been planning to see Cyno laying on his belly, a card playing mat strewn out before him with his cards laid in varying piles — barely shooting him a glance.Series

Summary
“What’s wrong?” Al-Haitham scowled.
“Your experiment is completed.”
“It’s not —” he rubbed the bridge of his nose. “Yes. It’s done. I got all the data I needed and I’ve come a conclusion.”
“You gathered that data with Tighnari and Kaveh,” Cyno looked back over his shoulder at him. “Why was I not included?

Summary
Al-Haitham was unable to keep a rather selfish thought away at the moment. He had previously thought that, perhaps, this trip to sumeru city would allow him to test his theory on Tighnari. While intimate moments were not impossible at the foxes own home, he was far busier there. They were alone far less.
Here, alone in his home with just the two of them — it was as solitary as he thought they could get.

Summary
Al-Haitham has a theory.
He would not call it an experiment, as there was no true control and no way to properly classify his endeavors. There were too many variables, too many outside forces that could shift the end results.
Al-Haitham will call it a theory instead, and label it as exploring his curiosity.

Summary
Kaeya never hid his mark. It was as bold and on display as was every other piece of him, in full view of anyone who chose to glance his way. Diluc was envious of his bravery. He, on the other hand, had hid his mark his entire life.

(INDEFINITE HIATUS.)
Diluc has been left out of every official decision since the death of his father, all due to his status as an omega. When fears of an arranged marriage enter his mind, he does the only thing he can think. Stealing himself away in the dead of the night under the guise of a fake kidnapping, Diluc sets upon his wish to see his kingdom through his own eyes.
Of course, meeting the former Cavalry Captain was not apart of his plans, especially due to his hand in the death of King Crepus. But, Kaeya's scent entices him, as does his kind smile and promises of undying loyalty. DIluc enlists the knight as his personal guard for his travels, something he soon discovers he is in dire need of.

Summary
Diluc was no fool. He knew between the rings that had laid upon his finger, the clothes in his wardrobe, and now the *bite* upon his neck — something was terribly wrong. He was missing something, he was missing *someone*.
The only question now was, who?

Summary
He wanted him so badly, in every possible way — but he couldn’t force the words off his tongue. He didn’t want to take him into his arms again, properly, when his life was anything less than perfect. Diluc didn’t deserve to be here. He deserved his warm plush beds of splendor, his heat that worked and his couch that was a pillow to lay upon. Kaeya couldn’t give him any of that, and while he knew that the omega could properly provide — was it such a barbaric, old alpha notion to want to take care of his lover?
To have something to offer him other than just himself?

Summary
It was almost beautiful, in novels and song, how terrible news was delivered. The way Diluc’s father delivered the news he was to be sold to the Alberich kingdom was not beautiful, it was not alluring and there was no tugging in his chest other than that of fear.

Summary
Suddenly one of the hands that had been grasping so desperately before came up and touched his face. The light brush to his cheek. His eyes widened as he glanced over at the appendage, before looking back down at Samuel. His eyes were closed, but he looked peaceful. He looked almost as if he was asleep.
