Being called into Bobby’s office is never a good sign. Before Buck even has a chance to take his first sip of coffee of the shift, the captain pulls him aside, asking to have a quick word. Very little is ever off limits to discuss out in the open with the team, so the prospect of a private conversation sends alarm bells ringing. He’s getting fired, for real this time; that has to be it. Bobby’s expression doesn’t give anything away but he has never been more sure of anything in his life.
