Summary
When Inej, Nina, Jesper and Wylan find a strange gadget that brings them nine years to the past, they think it's fate; after all, if they hadn't been on the farm in Lij at this exact moment, a farmer would have gotten run over by his plow.
But when they save him and travel back to their own time, everything is different; the Slat is gone, the Dregs are nonexistant, Inej is still in the Menagerie, Nina is part of the Dime Lions, Jesper is debt-ridden and Wylan is deathly sick. And Kaz...Kaz is on a farm in Lij, living a safe, content life for himself with his father and his older brother.

Satoru takes another step forwards, arms spreading wide in excitement, “Yūji-kun! You’re here!”
“Oh my God,” the child repeats breathlessly, sounding far older than any child his age should sound, unable to tear his eyes away from Satoru. The boy shakes faintly, shock maybe, words a shaky exhale, “it’s really- you’re- you look- this is— oh my God!”
Annnnd there’s really no doubting it now.
Clearly those vivid dreams of war, imprisonment and eleven years of growing up is not the dream Satoru had thought it to be since waking up in the infirmary as a seventeen-year-old student, way back before the source of all his problems defected from Jujutsu society.

Summary
Everyone in Konoha thinks that Uzumaki Naruto is just an annoying prankster (and also the Kyuubi itself). Nobody has ever taken him seriously, listened to his goal of being the Hokage one day, or even recognised all the hard work he puts in. He knows exactly how much work it takes to be a ninja, and he works hard for it.
Uchiha Sasuke puts on airs about being this cold, untouchable survivor who lives for revenge, but inside, he's begging for someone to just *see* how much pain he's in and extend a hand.
Haruno Sakura pretends to like Sasuke because all the girls do, but all that is just to hide all the uncertainty she has about who she's supposed to be in this world. But now that she's graduated, she knows she needs to figure it out. She just doesn't know how.
AKA Team 7 are all being misunderstood by people who believe the images they present, and Kakashi is doing the best he can with what he has.
