More shocking still is that their alternate selves are in a serious relationship—something Shawn has wanted for a long time, but something that seriously baffles Lassiter. Unsure that they will ever get home, the alternate Shawn and Lassiter jump into the investigation, aided somewhat awkwardly by the original Shawn and Lassiter, who may just find something growing between them with the help of their other selves.
