The giant grabbed Sasha with one hand, the scrap of the Medi Gun in his other. He hurried across the surrounding areas searching frantically. Medic had to be here somewhere, right?
Then louder.

Summary
Medic raised his head slowly, as if he hadn't expected to hear a voice. His face was flushed red from the cold, frost clung to his eyelashes, and the smoke from his cigarette rose in a thin, jagged trail.
"What?" he snapped, not even trying to hide the tremor in his voice.
Heavy stepped closer, his frown deepening. "What are you doing, Doctor? You will freeze."
Medic took a drag, then exhaled the smoke to the side. "It is none of your business."
Heavy stared at him.
For a second, he just stood there in silence.
Then he crouched down beside him, ignoring the snow that immediately began to soak through his trousers.
