“You looked pretty as a girl,” Kyouya said, out of nowhere. He said it as if it were fact, a fact that Tamaki wasn't aware of. The alcohol and gentle exhaustion in his features made him soft and touchable in ways he wasn't before. Where Kyouya was usually alert and postured, he was now all shadowed eyes and relaxed posture. His lashes were long and his mouth stained red from wine. There are so many goddamned portraits of this family all over this mansion, but not a single one would come as close to capturing him at his core. Like this.
Tamaki didn’t know what to do with himself. With all these thoughts, all these feelings but he felt that it would be wrong to be anything short of sincere, especially when Kyouya was being so open.
“You did, too. Beautiful. I didn't think you would agree, I thought you would dress like Mori.”
.Basically, Tamaki and Kyouya have a sleepover and have a very insightful conversation (mostly because Kyouya is piss-drunk and has no filter) and Tamaki can never deny Kyouya anything.
Even if it means being silent.
