Summary
TIME SKIP AU: Eight years after Steven Universe decided to leave Beach City, he still hadn't found a place to settle down at. In fact- so many things happened within those eight years that the Gem found himself just drifting along with life at this point. Yet, after a series of events that led him to a small-time town in Iursant... Did he find a quaint little tea shop hidden away from the world. Located within mountain ranges, far away from any Gem activities and even to the point where there weren't any Gems in this town either- perhaps finally Steven found himself a place to settle down. Maybe with the help of a tea shop keeper, could he finally heal almost a decade's worth of PTSD and experience what it meant to be in an equally giving relationship with someone who actually could understand what the Gem had gone through.
WARNING: This is a heavy songfic! If this isn't your 'cup of tea' (pun appreciation), sorry! But if you give it a chance, maybe you'd find something fun!

Summary
The more he gets to know you, the more he realizes that you just get him, in a way no one else ever has. Leviathan looks at you and he knows that you understand him, because, well, he sees some of himself in you. He begins to notice things about you—things that he certainly relates to. Levi notices how your gaze always flits about during a conversation, never quite settling and making eye contact with other people. He notices how you’re startled by loud noises, how sometimes you seem frustrated with everyone around you.
Levi feels like he never has the right words to describe himself. At least, not until you tell him about autism.
