Timestamp: Smackdown Live, Tuesday before Battleground- July 19, 2016
Seth punches the locker again, this time with a shout of frustration, and he almost doesn’t hear the door open and close. He looks back, eyes flaring, ready to scare off whoever would be stupid enough to disturb him in this moment. And he sees Dean Ambrose, leaning against the door jamb, smirking and clapping his hands slowly, sarcastically. He’s wearing the title belt loosely around his hips, and a brand new blue-brand t-shirt, and Seth wants to just punch his stupid face.
“Feel better? Ya get it all out?” Dean drones, and Seth’s sore fist clenches again at his side.

Summary
Just because they love each other, doesn’t mean that’s enough after everything they’ve been through, everything they’ve done. This could be the moment they decide to hang it up, to walk away and move on from each other, instead of constantly living in each other’s ebb and flow.
But Dean’s not willing to live on scraps of Seth’s love, not when he knows what it’s like to have it all. A year ago, they’d been happy, truly happy, for the first time. There’s something in that look that makes Seth’s throat go dry, makes his heart start hammering in his chest. He knows Dean can feel it, can feel that pull that’s always been there between them. They both step in, towards each other. Dean’s one hand is still caught in Seth’s fingers, the other tugs just a bit on Seth’s t-shirt.
Seth reaches out--not hesitant but careful. He’s already done so much damage to Dean. His hands slide around Dean’s waist as they slip closer together. Neither of them push for anything more, they just slide into each other’s space--all the little touches and moments between them lately pushing them towards this.

Summary
I decided to take on a few challenges this month in celebration of the 30th anniversary of the publication of Good Omens. #GOC2020 and #GO30Challenge.
So rather than do 30 seperate fics like I did for ineffable valentines, I’ll be shoving them all here in new chapters, combining the prompts in one place. I’ll probably add an index here as I go.
I’ve decided, as I didn’t get a head start on this last month like I did for ineffable valentines, that I might do something different, as I have over 60 fics already written, that if a prompt matches something I’ve already done, to share some of that instead, plus a link to the whole fic (if it’s just a snippet) for further reading, to introduce new readers to some of my older stuff. But where possible I’ll write fresh. I know it’s a cheat, BUT, I’m disabled and chronically ill and don’t always have enough spoons (energy) for writing so I need to practise self-care and make sure I don’t burn out.
