Khun has loved Bam for a long time, but Bam is marrying someone else. It's the perfect ending to the perfect story, two perfect people having the perfect wedding.
But it's not Khun's ending. And he still loves Bam. And for all his attempts to rationalize it away and be the perfect best friend, he can't help but to still want.

Kacchan’s fingers fit around the back of Izuku’s hand to hold it there, and he kisses his thumbpad again.
