This is not unusual.
What is unusual is the location—the corridor outside OR three is not, technically, a designated space for interdepartmental disputes. There is a process for that. There is a form. The form is a single page, double-sided, and it asks the parties to describe the nature of the conflict in neutral language and to identify three potential resolutions.
Dr. Geto and Dr. Gojo have never filled out this form.
The administrator who handles this form stopped expecting them to at around the four-month mark, approximately six years ago.
or: Geto and Gojo work in the same hospital. This is, according to most of the staff, a mistake.

He came every evening as the sun bled orange into the horizon. A man with long, dark hair, always tied back, wearing billowing fabrics that danced in the wind. Satoru would watch, his blue eyes unblinking, tracking the rhythmic movement of the human’s legs. He usually walked along the shore, sometimes stopping to look out at the water with a melancholy expression that Satoru could feel deep in his own chest.
But as he watched the human now perched on a rock, sighing a sound that vibrated strange and muffled through the water, Satoru drifted closer. Just a little bit. Just enough to see the color of his eyes.
For the first time in his life, Satoru desperately wanted to know what it felt like to breathe air.

Summary
Eventually, Suguru is able to pin Satoru’s wrists down, holding them with one hand over Satoru’s head. He gets a few moments of something warm and prideful glowing in his chest, the thought that he won running through his head, before he looks down at Satoru’s face and realizes he didn’t win at all. This is exactly what Satoru wanted—to wrestle like teenagers, for whatever reason—and Suguru unknowingly played right into it. The wide grin currently illuminating Satoru’s face, despite evidently losing, is proof enough.
With a huff, Suguru releases Satoru’s wrists and rolls his eyes. He leans back, ready to chide Satoru for being a child and get off of him, when he’s distracted by—Suguru realizes there’s not really a polite way to put it—Satoru’s hard-as-fuck dick.
Or, Satoru accidentally gets a boner, and Suguru spirals over it.
