Jon has been thrown back in time.
In his own body again, but world-weary, softened, EXTREMELY powerful, and all around done with this shit.
Obviously he has to prevent the apocalypse, and his friends' deaths. And if his experience the first time around taught him anything at all, the world really is just avatars endlessly throwing themselves at each others' throats. He knows he's resigning himself to a life playing the part of the Puppet Master, and he shudders to think how close to Elias he's becoming.
So no. Instead, he decides to save the world... with the power of friendship-under-threat-of-death.
He makes a group chat. Hijinks ensue.

Summary
In the small bedroom on the second floor of a bookshop in Soho, an angel and demon finally talk about it.
Aziraphale twists the sheets between his hands, then finally looks back up at Crowley, meeting his eyes instantly through dark lenses. “I thought I could fix it. I thought…I could make Heaven worthy of…of—”
“A demon?” Crowley speaks for the first time, flat and steady, battling too many emotions warring for dominance in his chest, so he decides to feel none of them.
“No, not just a demon,” Aziraphale says quietly through the saddest of smiles. “You, Crowley. Always and only you.”
It slips out, along with a grief made up of confusion, heartache, and a dash of hope, and Crowley’s voice is raw, breaking when he asks, “Why?”
The angel’s smile, though still sad, grows.
“I didn’t want you to be scared anymore.”

So, he finds an excuse to check on Crowley, and maybe together they can find a way of, at the very least, slowing down Heaven’s plans. And maybe they’ll end up accidentally saying what they actually mean.--
