Bruce returned his half-laugh, like neither were themselves. “Tell me something I don’t know, Jaybird.”

Bruce was meant to update the security to not let him in, he knew that was the responsible, realistic, thing to do, but he was too afraid Jason would need something one day and find himself truly kicked out. He couldn’t do that. He had to make it as easy as possible to come back so maybe one day he would.
