Summary
The year is 2043, and Lachie Lee is a skilled yet arrogant Collingwood player. Despite kicking the winning goal for the Magpies in the 2042 Grand Final, Lachie is abruptly traded to the Fremantle Dockers against his will (and suspicious circumstances). Forced to find his way in a new team and a new city, he is challenged with learning the true meaning of teamwork, friendship, and humility. Can Lachie overcome the obstacles, or will pride and resentment prove to be his undoing?

This is my AFL fic based in 2043 entirely with fake people/original characters kinda like an AFL Ted Lasso vibe. If you want to see Collingwood player Lachie Lee join the Freo Dockers and learn what teamwork and friendship is all about, whilst Brent Robinson of the Geelong Cats learns that people's opinion of you on the internet shouldn't define your self-worth (even if you do have the best mullet in the AFL), then feel free to have a read!
