The man in drab olive robes stood by one of the stone slabs, the uniform familiar. Wylan braced for something to happen, and just as his muscles tensed, he spotted another one, this time a woman who walked through the wall. The glimmering ghost of a figure solidified on the other side, and instinctively, Wylan’s hand reached to Jesper’s arm and pulled his sleeve back.
‘They’re Tidemakers,’ said Wylan.
‘The Shu. They’re here.’~~~~
aka, i rewrite the scene when jes and wy get attacked by the tidemakers but this time, wylan goes unconscious and jesper panics.
