It's truly unfortunate that among all the skills the masked person forced Qiyan Agula to learn, she never bothered to impart her knowledge on the fine art of asking for forgiveness. Though, to be fair, she probably didn't know much on the subject either. Qiyan Agula would be astonished to find out her former master ever apologized to anyone in her entire life.
As it is, the masked person only taught her weapon to scheme, fight to the death and destroy herself in the process, which is very useful for revenge-related goals and not so much to save marriages going up in flames.
Or: time travel fixes the grass plains massacre before it can happen. That's too bad it fails to help with Qiyan Agula's relationship issues. It seems she'll have to learn to communicate with her heart all on her own.
