bawling again. i take it back. kiyos groveling alr. but he still sucks at communicating. goodness gracious. kiyoomi my dear im so sorry oh my goodness. to be so hurt over hurting the person you love is truly something else. omi pov of the previohs one and i had an idea of omis hurt but tbh i thought it would be more around his parents and then him being lonely or toya pushing him for the reconnect attempt. but omis had his dear crush and first love on atsumu the bright blazing sun ever since hs and is heartbroken when he finds out that atsu is actually fr his soulmate not bcs he got rejected but more bcs he hurt him and he knows it. and i must say i have sympathy for omi who keeps hurting atsu again and again to a point whwre he practically traumatizes himself of hurting the person he loves without wanting to, altho its hard to say without meaning to cuz he keeps blurting out what he knows will hurt atsu. gosh the note at the end from the first fic and then omis thoughts in this one syncing up destroyed me ugh. i dunno omi it is ur fault for saying some things but i cried for you babe. tbh a drunk omi spilling out his secrets scenario couldve also been helpful like atsus drunkapade lol. but the fic is a true testament to the importance of communication and vulnerability in relationships. ugh i pove truly bigger than life bokkun like captain and senpai bo moments. ur right bokkun. life is but a repetition of choices and forgiveness is hard, perhaps the most when its yourself. but omi learns. and learns that atsus not as fragile as he traumatized himself to think after the reassurance of their relationship. ugh my loves

Now, Atsumu hasn't ever been known for his great impulse control. He's the first to admit that he reacts first and thinks later. Even so—
Sitting up straighter, Atsumu wets his lips with a quick swipe of his tongue, head falling to rest propped up by his hand. "You'll have ta forgive me and my manners." He smiles and lightly shoves at the chair opposite him with his foot, gesturing towards it with his other hand. "Name's Atsumu. It's a pleasure to finally meet ya."
"Kiyoomi." Kiyoomi sits down in the chair across from Atsumu and studies his face.
—even so, Atsumu wonders what the hell is wrong with himself and how he's going to explain his way out of this one.
Or, Atsumu lies about being Kiyoomi's blind date but it all works out in the end.
