Summary
Though the Tragedy is far behind them on their small island, the ripple effects it caused still affect the world. Christmas day is no exception. However, Christmas spirit survives as a mysterious individual travels around to preserve hope during the most wonderful time of the year.
On Jabberwock Island, despair is nothing but a scar the Remnants of Despair share in common. But that couldn't be further from their minds as they prepare for the biggest celebration of the year - Hajime Hinata finally coming home. As they prepare a Christmas party to celebrate his return, its hard not to think about how much Hinata means to them. Harder still to not worry as the night goes on without him arriving.
If only their emotions could reach Hinata from an ocean away.

Komaeda doesn't know. But he does know, that he wants Hinata. He wants him bad. But he's not entirely sure if he's allowed to.
(In which Komaeda battles the troubles of his high school life ending just as its begun and what that means for him, while trying to balance what he wants from his relationship with Hinata with what his luck cycle will let him have without it all going up in flames. Like, literally.)

Kokichi wakes up from a coma with no idea how long he's been asleep for and while he's been asleep a zombie virus broke out. Now he has to figure out what to do and maybe even how to stop the virus from evolving into something more intelligent.
