Summary
Dean is an Omega who has used suppressants to hide that fact since he first presented. When Sam presented as an Alpha, Dean knew in his soul that he'd found his Alpha, but there were a couple of problems with that. First was the fact that Sam certainly didn't seem to see him as anything but his brother. Second was that Sam didn't even know Dean was an Omega.
Eleven years of suppressants and finally they fail. Dean goes into heat on a trip to see Sam at college. What will he do when he discovers he's pregnant with Sam's pup, and will they ever work it out?
