Angered by Dean’s abandonment and fueled by his rage over being abandoned, Sam cuts a bloody path from Georgia, instinctively following after Dean with the intention of dropping as many bodies along the way as a signal to his brother that he’s coming for Dean and that he intends to make his brother pay for leaving him before making Dean understand that there’s no getting away from him.Series

The Pulse is a place, so exclusive and renowned in the area, that there is no sign or logo indicating it on the façade of the modern 2-storey commercial building that it is in. Or how Sam and Dean ended up in a J2 alternate universe, where Jared and Jensen run a high-end sex club.

But, once the suggestion comes up, they can't deny the chemistry that's between them. The only problem? Jared's harboring a secret that isn't easy to divulge. The secret is out when Jared slips up on their first night together, having temporarily misplaced the item that keeps him from turning. Jensen is thrown by the reveal and needs some time to absorb the news that (1) werewolves are real, and (2) his potential mate is a werewolf. Dean is an Omega who has used suppressants to hide that fact since he first presented. When Sam presented as an Alpha, Dean knew in his soul that he'd found his Alpha, but there were a couple of problems with that. First was the fact that Sam certainly didn't seem to see him as anything but his brother. Second was that Sam didn't even know Dean was an Omega.
Eleven years of suppressants and finally they fail. Dean goes into heat on a trip to see Sam at college. What will he do when he discovers he's pregnant with Sam's pup, and will they ever work it out?
