A face – no, a mask – easily five times the size of his body at full height. It was a brilliant, gleaming gold amidst the white below it, hooded by what seemed to be a rich purple fabric. Long, graceful arms splayed out in the snow with others still hanging in the air. He commanded a presence about him that the miniscule man could not resist.
Hwei’s eyes shone with wonder, reflecting gold off of his icy blue irises. He felt like an ant in comparison to this form laid out in front of him, the voice he had been speaking to for months now. So suddenly, and so easily, he manifested in front of him, closing the gap of a simple mental connection into something suddenly more physical.
