Summary
The War of the Last Alliance never happened, the One Ring never forged, and the great Dark Lord gave up.
Sauron, without warning, abandoned all his plans and surrendered himself as a prisoner. Middle-earth returned to peace, and for three centuries Galadriel believed that would remain.
However, an evil force lurked in the shadows. Morgoth was returning, weaker, but still too powerful to be ignored.
In the caos, a desperate solution was offered: make Sauron an ally, binding him to Galadriel in ancient ceremony, that would keep his power and the dark lord himself in check, and together they would defeat the enemy. Once and for all.

Stannis Baratheon has driven the Boltons out from Winterfell and back to the Dreadfort but at great loss. As his army recuperates at the Stark's ancestral seat, wolves rise with winter's coming. A boy is named king, a girl takes the burden of her name from another who has wrongfully suffered its weight, and a man returns from the dead in a new image. Each calls upon friends and allies to reclaim the North in the name of House Stark, but while they may join common cause in slaying the Boltons, will they be able to hold a North divided by the greatest question of all: if they can beat the Boltons, who rules next?

Summary
A girl is Arya Stark of Winterfell. And I’m going home.
Arya has spent too long with the faceless men, she is wary, closed off, and isolated from the girl she used to be. She has so many faces now that she barely remembers who Arya Stark is supposed to be, what it feels like to be alive and whole again, and not the frozen girl she has become. She will do anything to protect the last remains of her family, but what will they think of what she has become?
An army of the dead marches for Winterfell and she feels just as cold as them.

Basically this idea that it took Arya longer to escape the faceless men and she spent that extra year or so training with them, that by the time Arya reaches Winterfell the army of the dead is already marching towards them (hence Peter Baelish is still alive). Kinda my season 8 rewrite, I don't change everything but I try to give it more justice than the show did. I do change some details from earlier seasons but that's all revealed in flashbacks/dreams and whatnot.
Rated mature because of swearing and violence and possible sexy times :)
