Summary
Michael struggles with social interaction and crowds, so much so that one day he retreats to a bathroom at school where he meets the intriguing new British guy, Gavin Free. Michael knows that he shouldn't trust or open up too much to anyone, but with Gavin, it just seems so easy and natural. Despite the fact that Michael told Gavin to "leave him alone", Gavin seems to always be there for Michael when he needs him most.

Summary
It's Gavin's senior year, and the news around school is that Michael Jones has recently broken up with his long-time girlfriend Lindsay Tuggey. Not that Gavin cares, of course; sure, the guy wasn't bad looking, but he wasn't in to him. Not even after they run into each other in the bathroom and Michael offers Gavin a cigarette, and hell, not even after the two actually become friends and talk almost every day. Not even a little bit.
Though Gavin will admit, he likes Michael's presence - the warm fluttery feeling he gets in his stomach, the urge to do something stupid and reckless, the contagious smile that spreads across Michael's lips when he does something dumb. So maybe Gavin lied about not being into Michael. Either way, he's hoping for the best but preparing for the worst, because there's no turning back now and Michael's about as easy to read as Gavin's Latin textbooks.
Which is to say, bloody impossible.

Summary

Summary
Michael and Gavin have been friends for years, having grown up together since they were in diapers, making them almost inseparable. However, all of that changes once Gavin joins the football team, deeming himself superior to Michael, who chose the more academically focused route. They went their separate ways, each finding friends of their own social group; however, Gavin decides that instead of ignoring Michael completely, he would simply make his life a living hell. Knowing that Gavin knows all of his secrets and his weaknesses, Michael dreads coming to school. One day, a mysterious new student, who goes by the strange name of Cupid, shows up and everything changes. When Michael jokingly asks Cupid to shoot Gavin with an arrow, what he doesn’t realize is that he’s about to see a whole new side of Gavin… one that may just change their friendship forever.
