One of the hunters sneered and yanked the chains harder, forcing the russet wolf’s body forward. He let out a sharp snarl, his limbs trembling as he fought against the pull, but the silver did its job—it burned, it drained, it stole whatever strength he had left.
The villagers only laughed.

Jungkook felt something hot spill down his cheek before he even realized he was crying.
He swallowed thickly, blinking against the blur in his vision, willing himself to stop, to keep it together—but how could he?This was wrong.

Jungkook is a hurt, scared baby vampire, but thankfully he is rescued by a loving wolf-shifter pack and they make sure he is treated like the most precious soul in the world. However, there are a few bumps in the road, including panic attacks, crying hugs, and misunderstandings!

“You guys were the only group of three and Peter wasn’t paired with anyone.” Mr. Wilson shrugged.
“Yeah,” Harley emphasized in an obvious tone. “For good reason, too!”
The teacher smiled widely, his grin all too fake for Harley’s liking. “Great! Glad we got that sorted. Now, if there’s nothing else, I’ll go ahead and eat my lunch without being bothered by another student.”
Mr. Wilson popped open a bag of chips and caught one in his mouth, the crunching noises making Harley’s eye twitch.
The teen took a breath and hardened his gaze.
“So you’re just going to ignore the fact that he’s a murderer?”
