“Listen,” Mo Ran told Chu wanning, who still looked forlorn and naked and had made no moves to get out of Mo Ran’s bed, “I'm not kicking you out, you can stay here for as long as you want. Just close the door on your way out. Actually there’s a delivery that should be arriving soon — maybe you can listen out for the doorbell?”
This at least got a reaction. Chu Wanning frowned, affronted, crossing his arms in front of his bare chest. “I’m not your servant, Mo Ran.”
Mo Ran grinned. He was so easy to rile up. The delivery, a small fortune’s worth of assorted sex toys and bondage gear, was hopefully going to help him in that respect as well. “I know, I know, baobei. I’ll see you later at the party, okay?” He paused halfway out of the room to look back at Chu Wanning's cute, pissed off face, and then had to turn back, crawl up the bed and give Chu Wanning a forehead kiss and a gentle nipple tweak where the sheet he was holding up to his chest had slipped down.
“Be good!” Mo Ran shouted behind him as he left the room.
When Mo Ran leaves him unsatisfied, Chu Wanning turns to crime to take matters into his own hands.

His head is tilted back against the wall behind him, exposing the long line of his throat. There’s a champagne flute dangling in a loose grip from one hand. He looks good.
